Tactics of Training Tactical Consciousness in Basketball Teaching and Training in Colleges and Universities

Abstract
In college basketball coaching and training, it is crucial to develop students' tactical awareness to enhance the team's overall strength and game performance. This paper discusses the training strategy of tactical awareness from both theoretical and practical perspectives, with the aim of offering useful training methods and ideas for college basketball coaches. By enhancing basic technical training, improving the ability to analyze competition, strengthening team cooperation training, enhancing psychological resilience, creating realistic combat training scenarios, and emphasizing theoretical study, students can develop a strong tactical awareness. At the same time, teachers should pay attention to individual differences, teach students according to their aptitude, stimulate students' subjective initiative, enable them to use tactics flexibly in competition, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the team. In order to achieve this goal, teachers need to utilize a variety of teaching methods and training resources.
