Research on the Mixed Course Ideological and Political Teaching Method of College English Classroom Integrated into Chinese Traditional Culture

Abstract
One of the main objectives of college English teaching is to enhance students' overall cultural literacy. Integrating the splendid traditional Chinese culture into the college English teaching of art majors is not only an important action to inherit and promote the development of the excellent traditional Chinese culture but also an inherent need for cultivating high-quality artistic talents. Chinese traditional culture has a long and extensive history, which is profound. It is the spiritual lifeblood of the Chinese nation and the soft power of China's modernization development. In English teaching in colleges and universities, English teachers should closely around Khalid Ents in this fundamental task, grasp the concept of course education and spirit, based on cross-cultural background, make good use of current information and technical advantages, construct a hybrid teaching mode, and promote the organic combination of ideological education. This will better demonstrate the value of English course education and promote the long-term development of college students' physical and mental health. Based on the current teaching methods of ideological and political courses in college English classrooms, specific strategies are proposed.
