Analysis of Teaching Reform in Business Administration Under the Concept of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Abstract

With the rapid development of the domestic economy and the reform of the economic system, the field of business administration needs to adapt to the economic situation and market demand of the new era. While traditional business management courses focus on imparting theoretical knowledge, they are relatively insufficient in cultivating practical application abilities. In today's economy, innovation and entrepreneurship have become important driving forces for development, and universities must prioritize these areas in their business management courses. It is crucial to strengthen students' innovative thinking and entrepreneurial awareness through educational reforms, cultivating talents with an innovative spirit and entrepreneurial abilities, and promoting the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice. This article primarily focuses on the reform of business administration education under the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship. Firstly, it analyzes the main role of business administration education reform based on the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as the current situation of business administration teaching. Secondly, it delves into the construction and enhancement of the business administration innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system, the development of a professional innovation and entrepreneurship teaching practice system, and the cultivation of high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship teaching staff. The purpose of this article is to provide reference materials for related research.
