Abstract
Empowering the nurturing function of university physical education courses through the "five education" approach aims to comprehensively cultivate the five qualities of morality, intellectuality, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor, and to promote the all-round development of students. Implementing the concept of "Five Education" is to demonstrate the value and practical necessity of incorporating "five education" into university physical education programs, to investigate the motivational mechanisms behind integrating "five education" into university physical education programs, and to examine the impact of "five education" on university physical education programs. The teaching of university physical education courses is guided by the concept of "five educations in parallel." This approach aims to assist students in developing a proper outlook on life and values, enhancing physical fitness and health, fostering intellectual growth, promoting aesthetic literacy and practical skills, and improving social interaction abilities like teamwork and communication. The goal is to offer theoretical insights for nurturing high-quality talents in the modern era.
