Analysis of Action-oriented Teaching Reform in the Course of Public Relations

Abstract
This article explores the limitations of existing public relations courses, including the constraints of traditional teaching methods, the insufficient development of students' practical skills, and the absence of professional literacy cultivation. In response to these issues, the application of action-oriented teaching concepts in public relations courses is proposed. This aims to clarify the basic concepts and principles of action-oriented teaching, as well as its feasibility and necessity in public relations courses. At the same time, we will review the action-oriented teaching reform plan for the Public Relations course. This includes setting clear course objectives and learning outcomes, innovating teaching methods, utilizing teaching resources, emphasizing the combination of practice and theory, encouraging students to participate in real case studies and simulated practices, and providing personalized guidance and feedback mechanisms. In addition, the importance of teacher training and development, cooperation between schools and enterprises, resource investment and support, and the cyclical mechanism of student feedback and curriculum improvement were also ex-plored. The aforementioned reform strategies aim to enhance students' practical abilities and professional qualities, providing effective support for the teaching quality and student development of public relations practical courses.
