Abstract
This paper delves into the intricate relationship between teaching management and organizational behavior in higher vocational colleges. It conducts an analysis of key factors including leadership style, work attitude, organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, organizational support, job satisfaction, psychological empowerment, and positive personality. By comprehensively reviewing existing literature, it aims to deeply explore how these factors interact to influence the effectiveness of educational management and overall operational efficiency in vocational colleges. Furthermore, it uncovers the specific role of these factors within the educational organizational environment, particularly their positive impact on enhancing teacher performance, fostering organizational citizenship behavior, and maintaining employee mental health. Additionally, through these analyses, specific management strategies tailored to these key elements are proposed to offer practical insights for education managers. These strategies will help managers gain a better understanding and utilization of key factors, ultimately optimizing management strategies, improving teaching quality, and enhancing organizational performance.
