Cultural Transmission and Language Strategies in Mount Taishan Cultural Translation

Abstract
The paper aims to explore the cultural transmission and language strategies of Mount Taishan culture in the process of translation. Through the in-depth excavation of Mount Taishan culture, this paper analyzes the uniqueness of Mount Taishan culture in terms of values, historical inheritance, etc., and combines translation practice to explore how to effectively convey the essence of Mount Taishan culture in cross-cultural communication. As one of China's oldest and most culturally rich traditions, Mount Taishan culture not only boasts a deep historical legacy within China but also holds the potential for international dissemination. In the process of cross-cultural translation, Mount Taishan culture encounters language differences, cultural barriers, and other challenges, making its dissemination in the international arena especially crucial. By comparing and analyzing the cultural differences between the source language and the target language, this paper proposes to apply appropriate language strategies in translation to ensure that Mount Taishan culture can be accurately and viv-idly conveyed in translation. Through the analysis of examples, this paper explains specific strategies such as language selection and the use of cultural symbols in translation cases. The aim is to offer valuable insights for the global promotion of Mount Taishan culture.
