Abstract
Since the implementation of the new curriculum and textbooks in ordinary senior high schools, the level of teachers' scientific research has directly affected the high-quality development of regional education. This paper elucidates the current issues and advancements in educational scientific research, analyzes the factors stemming from teachers' personal backgrounds and environmental con-texts, and ultimately proposes the optimal distribution of regional resources through pattern optimization. Activating training and renewing the motivation for regional education and scientific research; conducting practical research to enhance the quality of regional education and scientific research; deepening the implementation of four key aspects to create a new ecosystem for regional teaching and scientific research is the core strategy. The aim is to change the traditional concept of educational scientific research and quality, strive to improve the level of scientific research in the field of basic education, and effectively promote the regional high-quality and sustainable development of education relying on educational scientific research.
