Research on Family Safety Education for Pre-school Children in China

Abstract
Security is the foundation of social development and the assurance of human survival and progress. Safety needs are the most basic needs of everyone. Located in the second layer of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, especially for children. Safety needs are the most basic needs of everyone, located in Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the second layer. Especially for children, meeting their safety needs is essential for them to grow up healthily. Early childhood safety education is fundamental for children in all preschool activities. It is a shared responsibility of society, families, and preschools. It can guide and educate children, improve their awareness and ability regarding safety and protection in daily learning and life, and prevent the occurrence of accidental injuries. In the research, the text elaborates on the significance and value of early childhood safety education. It suggests that parents should enhance children's awareness of safety education within the family, prioritize children's psychological safety education, equip children with comprehensive safety knowledge, utilize adaptable educational approaches, and leverage all available resources to promote family safety education effectively. This approach aims to draw attention from children, parents, and society towards the importance of children's safety education.
