Abstract
Phoenix culture is representative of China's rich traditional culture, and its origin is closely related to Jingzhou. The promotion and preservation of Phoenix culture play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of Jingzhou's urban culture. The development and spirit of Phoenix culture can not only serve as Jingzhou city's emblem, enhancing cultural cohesion and residents' sentiment but also play a significant role in the city's external promotion and internal spirit formation. At the same time, people should pay more attention to the publicity and promotion of cultural customs. They should carry out reasonable innovation while preserving the original spiritual features and humanistic connotations. This will help align with the development of the times and keep pace with the evolution of social civilization, ultimately creating a new brand of city culture for Jingzhou city.
