Study on the Mode and Strategy of Internal Organizational Structure Change in Primary and Secondary Schools

Abstract

In contemporary society, education is widely recognized as an important pillar in promoting national prosperity and personal growth. As the cradle of cultivating the future social pillars of primary and secondary schools, the rationality and effectiveness of their internal organizational structure are particularly critical. However, with the continuous changes in the social environment, scientific and technological progress, and educational concepts, the internal organizational structure of primary and secondary schools also needs to be constantly innovated and optimized. This study aims to explore the models and strategies of organizational structure change within primary and secondary schools to improve school performance and education quality.
