Abstract
In contemporary society, education is widely recognized as an important pillar in promoting national prosperity and personal growth. As the cradle of cultivating the future social pillars of primary and secondary schools, the rationality and effectiveness of their internal organizational structure are particularly critical. However, with the continuous changes in the social environment, scientific and technological progress, and educational concepts, the internal organizational structure of primary and secondary schools also needs to be constantly innovated and optimized. This study aims to explore the models and strategies of organizational structure change within primary and secondary schools to improve school performance and education quality. Under this thought-provoking research theme, we will discuss the impact of different change models on schools from multiple perspectives, analyze the successful cases and key problems and challenges in the implementation of organizational structure change, and put forward feasible customized change strategies based on the characteristics of the school. Through the analysis, we hope to provide practical guidance for school administrators, teachers, and policymakers to help primary and secondary education move toward a more flexible, efficient, and adaptable future. Through the in-depth study of the internal organizational structure reform in primary and secondary schools, we believe that the results of this study will not only bring new enlightenment and inspiration to the field of education but also expected to play a positive role in promoting the continuous improvement and innovation of education development. It is hoped that this research can make a modest contribution to the reform and progress of primary and secondary school education, and contribute its wisdom and strength to the vigorous development of education.
