Research on the Training Model of College Student Party Members Based on the Concept of Party Building and Education

Abstract
Universities are an important place to cultivate talents and also an important battlefield for party-building work. Based on the important relationship between student party building and education in the new era and the current situation of cultivating student party members in universities, this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the cultivation of student party members in universities under the concept of party building and education. We should attach importance to the cultivation of active members who join the Party, innovate the working mode of student party organizations, focus on teachers engaged in student party building work, build a teaching platform that combines theory and practice, optimize the management and service mechanism of education and training, improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism of education and training, and cultivate more outstanding talents for the modernization of social ideology.
