Abstract

In today's era of globalization, the mutual exchange and integration of cultures from different countries has become a trend. As an important part of Chinese traditional culture, visual language inherits the genes of history and culture and contains rich aesthetic meaning and cultural connotation. In such a context, how to subtly integrate traditional cultural elements into modern design to enhance its aesthetic value and cultural identity has become a topic of concern for the design community. The study aims to investigate the design research of aesthetic transformation of traditional cultural elements in visual language. Through in-depth excavation and analysis of traditional cultural elements, combined with contemporary design language and aesthetic trends, traditional cultural elements are transformed and innovated to make them more adaptable to modern people's aesthetic needs and cultural backgrounds. Through case studies and experimental research methods, this study explores the design of aesthetic transformation of traditional cultural elements in visual language, providing new ideas and methods for the innovation and development of contemporary design language.
