Abstract

All countries around the world place great importance on the development of religious issues, and the quality of individuals is a significant indicator of religious development. At present, with the improvement of productivity, people's material life is more abundant than before. However, the issues related to the level of consciousness also deserve attention. How to enhance quality and provide a good example is a question that should be considered in today's academic world. The concepts of "light" and "salt" mentioned in Christianity offer some insights into this question. Believers, as expressed in Christianity, are called to be a light and salt. They are to be a light to illuminate life and salt to bear witness to life. This is about faith. This is how faith is described in Christianity, with light and salt serving as examples and testimony. Light and salt are not only relevant to Christians, but also have unique significance for the development of today's society. By contemplating light and salt, we can delve into the core of faith and discover the way to personal resilience. Understanding the essence of faith in enlighten-ment and preservation is crucial for the future advancement and growth of society. This should be a new research trend, and also a practical necessity.
