Reform and Exploration of Application-oriented Advanced Manufacturing Technology Course Teaching

Abstract

With the advancement of technology, advanced manufacturing has become a crucial force propelling the industrial revolution and economic development. The development of individuals with the skills to apply advanced manufacturing technology has become a widespread necessity for countries. However, the traditional teaching model of manufacturing technology can no longer meet this demand. Hence, it is especially important to implement the reform of application-oriented advanced manufacturing technology course instruction. We will actively collaborate with enterprises to offer students more practical opportunities and projects, enabling them to better understand modern manufacturing technology and processes, and enhance their professional competence and competitiveness. The article analyzes the current situation and teaching challenges of advanced manufacturing technology courses, and proposes the requirements and design plans for teaching reform. By clarifying the goals of teaching reform and exploring the optimization of teaching content, improvement of teaching methods, and reform of teaching evaluation, the teaching of advanced manufacturing technology courses can better meet the needs of high-quality training for application-oriented innovative talents in the new era.
