Abstract

In the education and teaching system of colleges and universities, the curriculum encompasses a wide range of subject knowledge, including the instruction of aerobics courses. The aim of this course is to enhance the teaching of aerobics by focusing on the practical application of the scientific method, utilizing appropriate teaching methods, and optimizing specific teaching measures. Based on the ADDIE model, this study aims to analyze the design background of college aerobics course teaching, as well as the feasibility and necessity of the design. It will then focus on the design of college aerobics course teaching, exploring the teaching analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research aims to deeply explore the value of implementing college aerobics course teaching activities.
