Exploration and Practice of Curriculum Integration Teaching Reform—Taking “Human Resources Development and Management” as an Example

Abstract

When teaching professional courses in higher education, it is essential to align the curriculum design, talent development plan, and societal talent needs for professional positions with the comprehensive development of students' overall literacy and practical professional abilities. By updating educational concepts and optimizing methods and strategies, our goal is to create a more efficient education and teaching system that enhances the quality of talent development. When conducting course instruction in the field of human resource management, it is essential to consider the students' characteristics and the nature of the course. This approach aims to foster professional talents with comprehensive skills and overall development through the effective implementation of integrated teaching methods. This article mainly explores the relevant issues of integrated teaching reform in organizing the teaching practice of "Human Resource Development and Management". Based on a brief introduction to human resource management and integrated teaching reform, this paper proposes the necessity of integrated teaching in the field of human resource management. It also outlines a practical plan for implementing integrated teaching reform in the curriculum.
