Research on the Design of Civic Science Teaching for College Aerobics Course Based on ADDIE Model

Abstract
In college sports, aerobics offers valuable resources for curriculum development and political education. Based on the ADDIE model and the characteristics of an aerobics course, we have conducted a thorough analysis of the factors involved in the course's instructional design and actively explored the instructional design of college aerobics courses. Our aim is to better understand the value of incorporating instructional design principles in college aerobics courses, enabling them to fulfill their teaching role to the fullest extent. Additionally, we seek to explore practical approaches to aerobics education in colleges and universities, with the ultimate goal of promoting reform and innovation in this field.
