Abstract
The digital identity authentication system serves as a gateway connecting the physical world and the virtual metaverse. The metaverse is primarily a self-governed universe that upholds the principles of freedom and aims to create a "decentralized" world free from government oversight. To ensure the metaverse's development, it is necessary to establish a set of official and unified meta-rules, as the social structure of the metaverse differs from that of the real world. This paper analyzes various data scenarios from the perspective of civil rights elements to explore measures for protecting information rights. The fundamental basis for the operation of the meta-universe is blockchain technology. Blockchain technology adopts a distributed storage structure, where multiple entities maintain a copy of the ledger. Algorithms have the power to establish trust, but they can also undermine it. Regulating algorithms with algorithms could be an effective approach to governing the interactive layer of the metaverse.
