Opportunities and Challenges for the Internationalization Development of China’s NFT Digital Collection Industry

Abstract
With the acceleration of global digital development, a new derivative concept has quietly emerged—digital collectibles. Digital collectibles are a thriving product of the digital economy and a bridge connecting the real and virtual worlds of the metaverse. The development of digital collectibles contributes to technological innovation and economic development. The digital collectibles industry in China is still in its infancy, and compared to the mature internationalization of overseas markets, the internationalization development opportunities and challenges of the digital collectibles industry in China coexist. Therefore, how to seize opportunities and resolve crises and risks is necessary for the industry to move towards internationalization today. This article starts with the Chinese market and delves into the favorable prospects for the internationalization of several collections industries. At the same time, the article lists and analyzes in detail the potential challenges that Chinese digital collectibles may face.
