Visual Analysis of the Integration of Traditional Chinese Culture into Preschool Education

Abstract

Integrating traditional culture into preschool education is an important measure to implement the national policy on inheriting and developing traditional culture. Based on the National Knowledge Network of China (CNKI) database, CiteSpace analysis tools are selected to mine 374 master and doctoral documents of integrating Chinese traditional culture into preschool education in the past two decades. The results show that the research topics focus on folk games and traditional festivals; the research issues are application and countermeasures. In the future, researchers on the integration of preschool education and traditional culture in China should broaden their research horizons and strengthen the understanding of the value of traditional culture, the existing problems, the development of traditional culture education resources, the field investigation of the development of traditional culture curriculum activities and the development of traditional culture curriculum, promote the high integration of preschool education and traditional culture in China.
