Research on the Teaching Reform of Microelectronics Technology Experiment in Universities from the Perspective of Industry and Education Integration

Abstract

With the advent of "Internet +" and "intelligent +" era, the traditional experimental teaching mode of microelectronics technology can not meet the needs of the industry for talent training. In combination with the national policies of promoting "integration of industry and education", "integration of science and education" and "Internet + education", local universities are the main body, the demand of industry as the guidance, and the resources of universities and enterprises. A set of microelectronics technology experimental course system based on the integration of industry and education, which proposes an integrated teaching mode of theory, experiment and practical training, and builds a win-win cooperation platform for industry-university-research through the institutions' joint construction of faculty, joint construction of technological innovation platforms, joint construction of practical teaching bases and joint construction of teaching resources.Through the investigation and analysis of the actual needs of enterprises and the investigation and research of students' learning feedback, the course system of Microelectronics Technology Experiment " based on the integration of industry and education is established. The system aims to improve students' practical ability, and makes full use of enterprise resources to carry out course teaching, enterprise practice and training base construction and enterprise engineers into the classroom. The system has strong practicability and extensiveness.
