Abstract

In recent years, under the guidance of strong and powerful national policies, China's cultural industry has received more and more attention, and it is indeed a new growth point for China's economic development. On this basis, the degree of integration between China's cultural industry and other industries has been increasing, and the core competitiveness of enterprises has been enhanced. The rapid development of China's cultural industry has provided a strong guarantee for safeguarding the country's cultural security. However, in the case of China as a whole, there are still many problems to be solved in its development. For example, the international visibility of cultural products still needs to be improved, the regional development of cultural industry is unbalanced, and the legislative protection of cultural industry needs to be built and improved. In the years to come, China will continue to invest more in the cultural industry and vigorously promote its "going out" development, in addition to strengthening the legal protection of the cultural industry, and promoting the coordinated development of various regions.
