Abstract
The world’s orderly development model has been disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. During the COVID-19 period, the world has to press the pause button. Our world has to looking another way for living. For keeping our life running, human being has innovate everything ‘online’ to avoid COVID-19 spreading wildly in the world, as this reason, many industries have had to find other ways to cut their losses, this is a dark time for our society. After three years’ human-virus struggle now we are looking for coexistence ways of human being and coronavi-rus at post-pandemic era. Human capital as basic productivity is so important for economic, pandemic push our world forward, human resource development needs to do more for social sustainability development. This article refers to comprehend the bibliographic review and articles about COVID-19 and related to human resource development, as well as the connection between to human resource development and regional economic for proposes directions for further research.
