The Important Role of Preschool Music Education in Early Childhood Education

Abstract
With the continuous development and progress of social economy, culture and science and technology, the cause of early childhood education has also made considerable progress. New "kindergarten education guidelines" (hereinafter referred to as the "outline") in the implementation of quality education for young children pointed out: "should give full play to the kindergarten education basic role in the development of human life, the moral education, intellectual education, physical education, aesthetic education organic unity in kindergarten life every day, realize all aspects of mutual penetration and promote each other." It can be seen that early childhood education occupies an important position in quality education, and is the basic stage of cultivating and improving children's quality. It is also one of the important factors affecting the development of a person's life. Therefore, it is very important to conduct music education for children. This period will have a profound impact on children's future physical and mental development. Music plays a unique role in cultivating people's intelligence, emotion and temperament. Through music education, it can improve children's intelligence, strengthen emotional edification, develop their intelligence, enhance their memory, improve their imagination and creativity; music education can cultivate children's temperament, develop their emotion and aesthetic ability, make children gradually form a good personality and sound personality; music education can also promote the development of children's sports skills. This paper mainly introduces the important role of music education in early childhood education, and analyzes the methods, measures and the main contents of preschool music education.
