Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical treatment experience of patients with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure aiming at regulating myocardial energy metabolism and ventricular remodeling. Method: Eighty patients with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into target group and conventional group, with 40 cases in each group. Conventional treatment for acute myocardial infarction and heart failure was carried out in both groups. The target group also received treatment aimed at regulating myocardial energy metabolism and ventricular remodeling. Ventricular remodeling, improvement of left ventricular myocardial strain and early prognosis were statistically compared between the two groups at the last follow-up. Results: At the last follow-up, RI and the overall longitudinal strain level of left ventricle in the target group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the target group during the follow-up period was lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The adjuvant application of the therapeutic regimen aimed at regulating myocardial energy metabolism and ventricular remodeling in patients with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure can improve the early prognostic effect by improving myocardial energy metabolism and ventricular remodeling.
