Abstract

In the concrete and steel forest of modern cities, buildings have the same trends and characteristics. Contemporary urbanites repeat their boring and tedious work in such an environment, and the sense of hierarchy and richness of life is gradually worn out. People rarely get close to nature and are gradually disrupted by the fast pace of the city. Modern people need an "ecological workshop" to awaken the wildness in their souls, temporarily "escape" from the city, and provide a place for people who work hard in the city to relieve stress, ecological education, and farming. It is a place of spiritual relaxation for people who work hard in the city. The authors investigated the technical means of resource recycling housing and its evaluation criteria, and went to understand the overall planning of Shenyang City and the existing problems of the project site—Gulazi Village, to analyze the connotation of resource recycling technology and its feasibility in cold places. We propose a set of design solutions for a cold-land resource recycling village house in Gulazi Village, Shenyang, and detail the entire technical strategy from planning, design, construction, use, demolition and disposal to reuse. The design process and design scheme of the new cold land resource recycling village house are summarized to provide reference and reference for the design of cold land resource recycling village house.
