Modularization Study of Intelligent Construction of Medical and Nursing Home Based on Assembly Building

Abstract

With the increasing trend of population aging, the problem of elderly care is becoming more and more serious, and the combined medical and nursing care system can provide a way out to solve this problem. This paper proposes a modular building scheme based on the modular building technology and intelligent building concept, taking the combined medical and nursing home as the research object. Firstly, the concept, classification and current situation of combined medical and nursing homes are introduced, and the existing problems and development trend are analyzed. Then, for the problems of high construction cost, long construction period and difficult quality assurance of traditional nursing homes, an intelligent construction scheme based on modular construction technology is proposed, and its design principle, construction process and application effect are analyzed in detail. Finally, three types of modules for combined medical and nursing care buildings are divided to provide new ideas for the design of combined medical and nursing care buildings.
