Practice and Enlightenment of the One-stop Administrative Service Reform

Abstract
Since 2016, Zhejiang Province of China has promoted the one-stop administrative service reform, highlighting the people-centered orientation. Through the service model innovation of "accepting at one window, integrating services and completing affairs at one time", the government has realized the goal of “one-stop administrative service” when citizens and enterprises come to handle their affairs. The government departments have improved administrative efficiency obviously through Internet+ administrative services. The difficulty for people to handle affairs in government departments has been alleviated. The problems of unclear responsibilities division among different government departments have been improved. Therefore, the people's satisfaction with the government has significantly improved. The one-stop administrative service reform is a practical innovation in promoting comprehensively deepening reform in Zhejiang, which has distinct characteristics of the era. Through the practice of one-stop administrative service reform, we believe that government departments should establish the concept of service-oriented government, strengthen data sharing among different departments, uphold the people-centered idea, and organically combine the objective requirement of the transformation of government functions with the actual demands of the people, in order to truly improve administrative efficiency and promote the overall government reform.
