Abstract
The improvement of scientific and technological level and the development of market economy have accelerated the pace of enterprise development and brought more opportunities to enterprises. Similarly, the increase in the number and scale of enterprises also makes the competition among enterprises more intense, and economic management has become the core of modern enterprise economic development. But in practice, influenced by the management consciousness, management level or enterprise management mode of enterprise managers, there are still more or less problems in the economic management of modern enterprises, which restrict the upper limit and speed of enterprise economic development. In this regard, combined with the characteristics of modern enterprise economic management, this paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures in enterprise economic management for the reference of enterprise workers.
