Abstract

Machinery manufacturing industry is the basic industry of China's national economy, which provides technical equipment for the whole national economy. The development level of machinery manufacturing industry reflects the comprehensive strength of a country. With the rapid development of China's economy, China's manufacturing industry has also ushered in development opportunities, with new materials, new processes and new equipment emerging one after another. At the same time, Chinese manufacturing enterprises have also appeared a series of production safety problems. The scale and degree of automation of the enterprise are uneven, the workshop personnel are concentrated, the production process is complex, some enterprises in the technical level, management ability and other aspects are insufficient, and many employees are generally not high awareness of production safety, increasing the probability of safety accidents, which has a negative impact on the personnel safety and the comprehensive benefit of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the safety risk factors existing in the safety production of machinery manufacturing enterprises, in-depth analysis of the causes of safety accidents, using risk management means to optimize the enterprise safety management strategy from personnel, equipment, environment and management.
