A Review of Research on Innovation Atmosphere

Abstract

As China enters a stage of high-quality development, innovation has become a new engine driving development. Although enterprises apply a large amount of manpower and material resources to enterprise innovation, there is still a problem of insufficient innovation vitality. The reason for this is that companies have overlooked the importance of an innovative soft environment. Therefore, creating a favorable organizational innovation atmosphere to stimulate employees to engage in innovative behavior has become a key concern for entrepreneurs, as it is crucial for improving the innovation performance of enterprises. This article reviews the literature from four aspects of innovation atmosphere, namely: the concept of innovation atmosphere, the dimensions of innovation atmosphere, the measurement of innovation atmosphere, and the current research status of innovation atmosphere. To provide reference for scholars studying the atmosphere of innovation. Prior to this, no researchers have systematically organized this.
