Reflections on the Development of Digital Music Industry in the Context of Common Wealth

Abstract

The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Digital Economy clearly puts forward that "the digital economy is the main form of economy after the agricultural economy and industrial economy, it is a new economic form with data resources as the core element, modern information network as the carrier, the integration and application of information technology, the digital transformation of all factors as an important driving force to promote fairness and efficiency more unified. New economic form", emphasizing the need to continue to improve the level of digitalization of public services, to create a new digital life of wisdom and sharing "to expand the application of social, shopping, entertainment, exhibition and other areas, thereby promoting the quality of life consumption upgrade. With the rapid development of network technology, promoting the rapid development of the digital economy, the network-based digital music has gradually become the main means of public life and entertainment, and digital music has gradually become the mainstream of the entire industry.
