Abstract

The current state of the robotics industry shows a positive correlation with the supply chain, and a reasonable supply relationship is essential for the industry's further development. This study examines the current supply chain situation of the China robotics industry and analyzes the shortcomings in the supply relationship of robot companies, offering relevant recommendations for improvement. The robotics industry needs to optimize its supply chain structure and establish robotics industrial parks to attract more enterprises to participate in the supply chain structure, forming a highly competitive strategic alliance that is customer-oriented and market-driven, connecting manufacturers, suppliers, sellers, and customers in a complete network structure. This paper takes a supply chain perspective to analyze the factors driving the development of the robotics industry, with a focus on critical issues that affect the industry's growth in the procurement, production, and sales processes of the supply chain. Based on the analysis, the paper provides recommendations for promoting the development of the robotics industry from a supply chain perspective.
