Abstract

Objective: To summarize the evidence of stress intervention in patients with gynecological malignant tumor related lower extremity lymphedema by using evidence-based method, and provide references for clinical medical staff to formulate standardized stress intervention measures. Methods: pipost tool was used to identify evidence-based issues, and the evidence of guidelines, expert consensus, evidence summary, clinical decision-making, systematic review and original research related to the pressure treatment of lower extremity lymphedema after gynecological malignant tumor surgery in common databases at home and abroad and the guide network were systematically retrieved. The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to December 31, 2022, two researchers who had systematically studied evidence-based nursing courses conducted literature quality evaluation and extracted evidence. Results: A total of 13 literatures were finally included, including guidelines, expert consensus, systematic review, clinical decision-making, original research and so on. A total of 30 pieces of evidence were summarized from 7 aspects of stress intervention, including evaluation, contraindications, intervention methods, stress intensity, precautions, health education, follow-up and monitoring. Conclusion: The evidence extracted about stress intervention can provide a certain reference and support for the treatment of lower extremity lymphedema.
