Abstract
Thyroid-stimulating hormone suppression therapy is mostly used after thyroid cancer surgery, but the clinical effect of suppressive therapy is not obvious, leading to the occurrence of hypothyroidism, a common postoperative complication. Professor Wang Keqiang believes that the basic pathological changes of the disease are mainly deficiency, especially spleen-kidney yang2 vacuity, kidney yang2 is the driving force that promotes the human body's yang2, yang2 deficiency can cause congealing cold, qi4 stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm-damp obstruction, resulting in many internal organs and multiple systems of the human body. In the treatment, Mr. Wang used the Sini decoction in "Shanghan Lun" "Lesser Yin1 disease, those with a sinking pulse, and those who is acutely warm, should be Sini decoction" to warm yang and to disperse cold, and at the same time combined with the original dosage and decoction method, it was applied to thyroid cancer after surgery with hypothyroidism, and often achieved satisfactory results.
