Application of Continuous Quality Improvement in Microbiological Testing

Abstract
Objective: To explore the application value of continuous quality improvement in the quality management of the inspection department. Methods: The inspection department of our college is the research site, January-December 2020 as the pre-implementation stage of continuous quality improvement, and January-December 2021 as the post-quality improvement stage, comparing the quality management effect of the two stages. Results: After the implementation of continuous quality improvement, the quality score of inspection work and the satisfaction score of staff increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of continuous quality improvement mode in the inspection department can effectively improve the effect of quality management, and it is recommended to promote it.
