Discussion on the Modernization of Grass Roots Social Governance Guided by Party Building in the New Era

Abstract
In China's national governance system, social governance is a very important component, and grass-roots social governance is the top priority. From the perspective of national macro governance, grass-roots socialism is the most basic link, and the level of grass-roots social governance will be directly affected by the effectiveness of grass-roots party building. China's socialist construction is facing a more complex international social environment after entering a new stage of development. It has become a key task for the entire Party to comprehensively modernize the national governance system and governance capacity. The grass-roots governance work is the front position of our party's difficult work, and it is also the battle fort to comprehensively realize the socialist modernization governance of our country. The grass-roots governance work provides an important carrier for the extension of the party's leadership at the grass-roots level. Therefore, under the new development situation, we should comprehensively promote the integration of grassroots social governance and grassroots party building, and give full play to the leading role of grassroots party building in the process of grassroots social governance, so as to effectively solve various problems faced by grassroots social governance in the new era.
