Abstract

Today's society with rapid economic development has brought new opportunities and challenges to vocational colleges, and with the popularization of modern education technology, vocational colleges have gradually launched online teaching. Starting from the analysis of the current situation of online teaching management in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward feasible strategies for the development of current teaching models, continuously optimizes the online teaching process, enhances information processing capabilities, integrates rich management resources, screens management methods suitable for the learning situation of students in vocational colleges, clarifies the major difficulties of online management, organizes online interaction in a purposeful and planned manner, and effectively improves the efficiency of online teaching. At the same time, it pays attention to cultivating students' self-supervision ability, cultivating good learning habits, and constantly exploring multi-angle management measures for online teaching to ensure students' digestion and absorption of online knowledge.
